WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE RESULTS YOU OBTAIN FROM THE USE OF THE APP OR SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS.

4. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL) ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE APP OR SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

The App may request the following permissions to function properly:

WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE and READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE: To save generated cryptocurrency addresses as images.
READ_MEDIA_IMAGES: To access and share images created by the app.

The App does not collect sensitive personal data, such as email addresses or phone numbers, as it does not include a registration feature. These permissions are necessary for the core features of the App and are disclosed clearly to users within the App's onboarding process and Privacy Policy, ensuring compliance with Google Play's sensitive data handling policies.

11. Security Measures and SDK Compliance

We use industry-standard security techniques, such as ProGuard, R8, and string encryption, to protect the app from reverse engineering and ensure user data is secure. Additionally, the App utilizes a commonly used SDK for data attribution, which complies fully with Google's policies and does not collect sensitive personal data. This SDK is used to track performance and improve the user experience, and it poses no security risks. The App does not download or execute external code, ensuring compliance with Google Play’s Device and Network Abuse Policy.
